Its standard engine boasts incredible strength, kicking off with a 6.2L V8 engine that produces 385 horsepower and 430 lb-ft of torque. It’s paired with a standard TorqShift® G 6-speed automatic transmission with SelectShift®.

The Super Duty’s optional engines are the 6.7L Power Stroke® V8 Turbo Diesel and the 7.3L V8, both of which take standard strength and turn it on its head. In the 6.7L, you’ll find 475 horsepower and a whopping 1,050 lb-ft of torque and in the 7.3L, 430 horsepower comes with 475 lb-ft of torque.
This Ford’s optional transmission is the TorqShift® 10-speed automatic with selectable drive modes, including Normal, Slippery, Tow/Haul, Eco, Deep Sand/Snow and the available Rock Crawl. How’s that for impressive?
Handling in the Ford Super Duty
