Visit to Service Department for a recall repair and general maintenance on my 2024 F150. My experience was excellent. Tristen, my service advisor exceeded my expectations, extensive knowledge of my vehicle, value of my time and ensured parts were in fact available to do the repairs prior to me just leaving my vehicle at the dealership and wondering when my truck would be repaired. Ford that is huge considering the current climate in dealing with recalls and repairs. Again a great experience.

Danny was extremely helpful and kept my truck overnight to try and troubleshoot an issue when it was originally only there for an oil change. Even though they couldn’t replicate it still gave me a coupon for my oil change. While I don’t always agree with their appointment system the customer service and work has always been great.
The salesman worked with me on my exact needs and helped me find the specific car I was looking for.

When I called and scheduled the recall service, I also scheduled a oil change if it was the same price as the last time I was there. I Had a service number to show the attendant but he said he didn't need it. I dropped the vehicle off the night before and handed my keyboard to the guy in the service center. Staff was professional, waiting area was clean and sufficient, appointment was prompt in getting my car serviced so I could leave in a timely manner.
Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Judy at the service desk took quick care of me. The service was one of the quickest I've ever had at a dealership.
I’ve had my truck for 2 years now and group 1 has been the only place I have taken it for service. For far they have not disappointed. Tristen and Sara have been my favorite service advisors over that time.
I was able to get the services I requested quickly with quality customer service. I also received a video showing everything that was good with my vehicle and services that I will need in the future.
I had a previous dealer tell me it was impossible to clear the check engine code for something I didn’t want to fix that was not an issue worth repairing. I didn’t even ask them to clear it but they did and now the annoying light is gone, what a relief.
From my initial call, never having been to this dealership, to receiving my repaired vehicle. Communication was timely and complete. My concerns were listened to and addressed in a most professional manner. I was pleased that compromises on price were negotiable with customer satisfaction being the perceived priority. Excellent service and my vehicle is once again in top shape!
Matthew was great. He kept me informed of what was available since I was from out of town. He was on top of everything. My appointment time was honored. I didn’t feel any pressure and offered me options. The financing dept was very quick, it took about 2 1/2 hrs from the time I arrived on the lot including test drives and everything to drive out with a very nice vehicle. Such a good experience!

Brought my car in for repairs, when they put it back together they forgot to hook up windshield wiper hoses. They broke two pieces of trim. Brought it in for that to be repaired( windshield wipers hoses) and they never installed the broken trI’m as requested. Brought it in again for another repair (warranty roof replacement) and asked for the trim to be replaced. Told it was done. Picked up car for third time and trim still not completed. Very frustrating experience
Upon entry every one was friendly and the area was clean. The waiting room has the most fabulous and comfortable chairs.

The second time that I took my car in for an oil change I waited over 4 hours at the dealership. I had made an appointment and I had to wait over 4 hours! I was told that the oil change department was backed due to all of the vehicles that were brought in that morning. I had an appointment, no matter who dropped their car off that morning, I should not have been waiting behind the people who didn't have appointments.

Group 1 Ford is always so friendly and helpful. I can drop my car off and then get text updates. They make approving services easy via text as well. They also have great specials and their oil change is cheaper than drive up companies. Their scheduling process is easy too.

Service was great and all my issues were addressed. That said, having to drop off your vehicle for a week just to keep it in the service queue is quite a ridiculous proposition.
I’m only rating a portion of the dealership and the service. While I was there in the lobby, there were two glaring issues that caught my eye. The lighting kept going off which eventually the servicemen fixed. The other is they have a visual TV board of the maintenance for the day which everyone who came in the lobby were looking at was not updated. Service Rep. Noah is outstanding!! This dealership won’t or can’t hire enough certified technicians to handle the volume of customers. 2 different appointments (45 minutes each way) to get a “check engine light “ diagnosed. They originally scheduled it for a Saturday but when I got there, found out they don’t do that on weekends.
